Therese has spent more than 30 years in wound care, from building one of the first wound programs at her home health agency to helping launch a hospital wound care center as one of its three founding nurses. A Certified Wound Specialist and Fellow of the American College of Clinical Wound Specialists, she guides mobile wound practices, home health agencies, and wound clinics through documentation, Medicare compliance, CTP regulation, and staff education. She serves as a clinical educator for an international durable medical equipment company, speaks nationally, including at WoundCon 2026, and leads Libellen Learning, an initiative to establish wound care case management as a recognized discipline.

Clinical Consultant: Home Health Wound Programs & Education

Jen is a wound care nurse, Certified Case Manager, and Fellow of the American College of Clinical Wound Specialists with 19 years of clinical, consulting, and curriculum development experience. She created a patent-pending wound case management curriculum that has trained more than 1,000 home health clinicians and 500 providers nationally, along with the “6 Rights of Wound Dressing Administration©” framework. Her home health wound programs have saved agency clients more than $50,000 in supply costs. Jen is a co-author of the WOCN Society’s core wound management curriculum, an Executive Board Member of PAWSIC, and a frequent national speaker at WoundCon and the HEAL Conference.

Areas of focus: home health wound program development, chart QA and QAPI, dressing formularies and policies, clinician education.

 Clinical Consultant: Mobile Wound Care & Education
Melissa is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and advanced practice wound care nurse with more than 20 years of clinical and leadership experience. As the founder of a mobile wound care practice serving assisted living and home health patients, she brings a practice owner’s perspective to every engagement. She is also a Certified Case Manager with expertise in care coordination, utilization management, and population health. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from the University of Miami.
Areas of focus: mobile wound practice operations, advanced wound care, clinician education and mentorship.
